In today's world of poor role models for young women a few women in our local community go unnoticed. One of them resides right here in Ohio's back yard, Angela Bellios! She is strong, resilient, confident and professional. She is an on air personality for Mix 94.1 in Canton Ohio. Angela a (graduate from The University of Akron) has not only followed her professional career but has spent much of her personal time raising money for great causes like Akron children hospital. It is a shame women like Lindsay Lohan and the Kardashians occupy our Televisions and litter our grocery isles when beautiful, intelligent woman like Angela Bellios should be occupying our daughters minds. What do we want our daughters to emulate? My daughter listens to Kathy and Angela from Mix 94.1 everyday! Even takes a radio to the shower after school to listen to Angela. I think more young women should focus on professional positive influences in our local communities. The reason troubled women like Miss Lohan occupy on our "news" is because people focus on her! Our daughters and young people do as well. We should focus on great positive people right here! Angela Bellios is a great credit upon herself, her family, her community and Mix 94.1, we in the local community should be proud to have her locally.
